The Markettes is the dance team for Memorial High School in Houston, Texas. The team is comprised of sophomores, juniors and seniors. Each member must try out at an annual audition held in the spring of the previous school year. The Markettes have dance officers and a social committee that help lead the team. 

The Markettes perform at pep rallies, varsity footballs games and community events. The Markettes compete annually during the spring semester. During May the Markettes hold their annual spring show. 

All Markettes attend summer camps and practices. Markettes is a year-round organization.
