Summer Conditioning Opportunities

Strength and Conditioning  and skills days update

The UIL has issued a start date of June 8 for the start for Strength and Conditioning Camp and skills days. Included in this release were a series of health and safety guidelines we will institute as part of the opening. To meet the aforementioned guidelines we are in the process of working on our facilities and procuring necessary resources. Although we hope to be opening on the June 8, our start could be delayed. Thank you for your patience as we move to get our programs started safely.

We want to encourage those who are interested to join the Strength & Conditioning Camp held at MHS. You can sign up on the QR code listed below.

One option to get back into the water to train with a team is with the Dad’s Club. There pool is open for training for those interested in join their team to train for the summer. http://www.dadsclub-swimteam.com/swim-team/registration

Water Polo & Diving Training

Rank 1 Forms are Live!

Attached are the directions to complete the required SBISD paperwork for those athletes who are returning to athletics for the 2020-21 school year. If athletes had a physical for the 19-20 school year, their physical is valid for a second year. If the athlete is new or incoming 7th or 9th graders, they will need to visit their doctor for a complete physical. The UIL required form is below. Due to social distancing requirements, SBISD cannot host the annual mass physicals, sorry.
